Groovy Guru Granola

"After he bought twelve bags within an hour, we had to wonder!"

Pepe and Groovy Guru Granola started off normal enough, until Pepe started sending down his niece and his great-niece to add to the growing collection of granola he had going in his restaurant. Pepe's Veggie Mix Bistro is located above the Havelock Farmer's Market (May-Oct) and he's always makes his weekly appearance buying veggies, taking orders and buying lots and lots of granola.

In the beginning all this granola was for himself, but as time went on our granola was added to Pepe's menu. Groovy Guru Granola is proud to be a local feature that makes Pepe's Burnt Ice Cream dessert so very crunchy-good!

We thank you, Pepe! It's a honor. And don't we'll be up for that veggie burrito (no onions, of course!)

Pepe's Bistro is located upstairs at 6220 Havelock Ave (Lincoln, NE) open Tue-Sat 11 am-8pm.

We have been featured probably more times than we actually know of... but we sure do appreciate all the attention we have received through Leon's Gourmet Grocery store!

We could go around this fact, but to be honest it was quite a shock to hear. Our granola is used as an "example of have to create a great product" at University of Nebraska-Lincoln??? No way!

No, really it is! After we picked our jaws off the floor, it finally sank in how cool this really was! Oddly enough we found out from the professor herself, who is the one using our packaging as an example to her students.

We have a great product, but somehow finding out a professor from UNL picked us (out of hundreds of equally tasty products) humbles us. How Groovy is that!
