Yoga-Doing-Bike-Type Morning Smoothie by Amanda
1 Banana
1 Peach (chunked, frozen)
4 Lg. Strawberries (halved, frozen)
1/4 Cup Blueberries (optional)
1/3 Cup Yogurt
2-3 Tbsp. Milk
3-4 Ice Cubes
*1 Nudist Snack Pack (or 1/4 Day Trippin' Granola)
All into the blender! Take it for a spin, until smooth!
We have found that the "frozen fruit smoothie mixes" are a great sub-out if you are in a hurry. Just remember yogurt, milk and of course Groovy Guru Granola!

Karate-Chop Chews (Cookies) by Gary Gandhi
1 3/4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon real vanilla
3 1/2 cups of our Day Trippin' Granola
Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl, stir all dry ingredients together. After mixed, go ahead and stir in butter,eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Finally stir in all Day Tripper granola.
Optional: Only mix 3 cups Day Tripper Granola and save remaining 1/2 cup granola for rolling drop-dough before baking.
Drop-dough and place two inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and ready to eat. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
